To produce natural wines, with grapes coming from the highest vineyards in Europe (1150-1400 metres).. The grapes used in all our wines come from manual harvesting.

Welcome Coffee
Participants will be welcomed at Haza del Lino between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm, where they will be offered a welcome coffee accompanied by a brief presentation about the winery.

Visit to the Vineyards
We will take a tour of the vineyards of the estate, offering a detailed explanation of our organic cultivation method. In addition, we will explore the grandfather's viewpoint and other crops, such as fig trees and almond trees, in an enriching walk.

Tour of the Winery
Winery with tasting menu
We will continue with a tour of the winery facilities, where a detailed explanation of the winemaking process for each of our wines will be provided, which will later have the opportunity to taste. During this visit, both the traditional wine-making area, with its large wooden vats, and the area dedicated to the production of more contemporary wines will be shown.

Pairing and Tapas
Wine Tasting in La Alpujarra
Finally, participants will enjoy a tasting of four varieties of wine (rosé, white, young red, and aged red), each accompanied by a detailed explanation, as well as a selection of tapas that will include:
- Ham and cheese.
– Tomato with avocado.
- Salmorejo.
- Spanish Omelette.
Longaniza sausage from Haza del Lino.
For dessert, fig pudding and almond pudding will be served.

Winery Visit
This visit includes a brief tour of the winery facilities, followed by a tasting of two wines: white and red, accompanied by a ham and cheese tapa.

This visit includes a welcome coffee, a complete visit to the vineyards, a tour of the winery, and pairing with an explanation of four wines and tapas.
